Welcome to "The Science of YOU!," a lung-and-heart-modeling workshop for kids! Participants will dive into the crucial structures of internal organs that make up their own bodies. Students will create models of the heart and lungs, mimicking the cardiovascular system using cups and balloons. They will learn how blood pumps and lungs contract. Join us for a breathtaking day of learning!Free. No registration required. Recommended for elementary school students with adult supervision. Presented by teen volunteers in Girls Empowered in Math and Science (GEMS).  ADA Accommodation Requests
