The Science of YOU! A Lung and Heart Modeling Workshop for Kids

Join us for our monthly STEM Workshop presented by teen volunteers in Girls Empowered in Math and Science (GEMS)! This one-hour workshop includes a brief presentation explaining the concepts involved in the activities.This September, participants will be diving into the crucial structures that make up their own bodies. Join us to craft DIY models of the heart and lungs that mimic the function of each structure in the human body. Take a deep breath, get your blood pumping, and let’s learn!Free.
