Science is for Me for Grades K-2: The Wilted Plant

Children in kindergarten to second grade are invited to participate in hands-on science experiments alongside their parents and caregivers. Jasmine and José water a plant that wilted. The plant perks up. How does water get from the soil to the leaves? Let's learn about capillary action. This program is designed to be self-paced, and it is expected that accompanying adults will facilitate the activities with their children. Registration is required as space is limited.
