Add to Calendar

Children in kindergarten to second grade are invited to participate in hands-on science experiments alongside their parents and caregivers. Jasmine and José want to build a house for their stuffed animals. They have lots of different materials to choose from. Which ones should they use? Experiment with materials to discover their properties and build your own house for a stuffed animal. This program is designed to be self-paced, and it is expected that accompanying adults will facilitate the activities with their children. Registration is required as space is limited. For accessibility accommodations (ex. ASL), please fill out the online form at sccld.org/accessibility 7+days prior to the event. If you need assistance with the form, speak with a staff member at your local library, call (408) 540-3945, or email us at ask@sccl.org.
