Rangoli is a traditional Indian folk art in which intricate patterns are created on the floor using colored powders, rice flour, flower petals, and other natural materials. An ancient Hindu art form, it is used to decorate homes and public spaces during festivals and auspicious events. Visit the Library Plaza to watch rangoli artist Pooja Virkar create a beautiful design for Diwali.
