Qixi Festival

Falling on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, the Qixi Festiva, often known as "Chinese Valentine's Day," celebrates the legendary romance of the Weaver Girl (the star Vega) and the Cowherd (the star Altair) while also honoring dexterity and wisdom. Join us for a special storytime to explore this cultural tradition. This program is for children ages 3 and up. This program will be in the Library Program Room. No registration required, but space is limited. Doors will close when the room is full.
