Music Concert by "Hardly Strictly Irish"

Note: This event will be outside on our front patio. If the weather is poor, we will move indoors to the Community Room. Celebrate Irish Heritage Month and enjoy a live concert for all ages by "Hardly Strictly Irish." Musicians Jimmy Murphy and Suzuki Cady will explore the overlapping terrain of traditional and modern Irish, Celtic, and American roots music on fiddle, mandolin, guitar, bodhrán (frame drum), and vocals. Experience the intersection, differences, and influences between reels, jigs, polkas, and songs from these various traditions. This event is generously sponsored by the Friends of the West Valley Branch Library.Free.
