Monthly STEM Workshop

Join us for our monthly STEM Workshop presented by teen volunteers in Girls Empowered in Math and Science (GEMS)! This one-hour workshop includes a brief presentation explaining the concepts involved in the activities.Join us for Cleanup Chemistry! - An oily sensations workshop, where participants explore the world of environmental science through fun, hands-on activities! Discover how oil interacts with water by cleaning up a spill and creating a lava lamp. Finally, students will watch a demo of how soap emulsifies water and oil! Get ready everyone, it’s time to have some fun! Free. No registration required.
