mBot Coding Adventure for Kids

Description Join the Space Cookies robotics team for a hands-on STEM workshop for students in grades 3–5. In this one-hour session, participants will learn the basics of block-based coding using mBots, small programmable robots. After a brief introduction to the robots and an overview of coding concepts, students will work in teams to program their mBot to navigate a maze. No prior coding experience is required! Parents are asked to provide a laptop or tablet for their children, or to borrow a library Chromebook ahead of time for each class. Space is limited, and registration is required!
