Lowrider Trunk or Treat

Come celebrate Halloween with us at our Trunk or Treat event! We'll have candy, crafts, music, and San Jose lowriders! This program is presented by the San Jose Public Library and the United Lowrider Council. The program is supported by the Cassell Neighborhood Association and the Friends of Hillview Library.
