Jr. Sewing Machine Basics (Ages 6-18)

Are you ready to dive into the wonderful world of sewing? Join us in the Atherton Makerspace every third Tuesday of the month for Jr. Sewing Machine Basics. If you're a curious beginner or just looking for a fun new skill, Jr. Sewing is the perfect starting point. This class is specifically designed for kids aged 6-18. We'll teach you the basics, from threading a needle to winding a bobbin.With hands-on practice, kids will also create a simple sewing project to take home, leaving with new skills and something they made themselves.No experience is needed. All materials will be provided. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up.
