Learn the basics of programming through this fun introductory workshop! Students will use block code to explore key coding concepts which are applicable in the real world while to building their very own video game. This program is hosted by the FHS Hack Club, a high school coding club based out of Fremont High School in Sunnyvale. We believe that computer science education should be available to all, and work to encourage young people to discover the joy of code by creating projects they are proud of. Participants should bring a laptop if possible. Please register below to request a library laptop for use during the program. This program is recommended for grades 4-8.  This program will be in the Library Program Room.
