Join us for a special Halloween Festival at the Joyce Ellington Branch Library! There will be a Halloween-themed storytime,  a parade with a chance for trick-or-treating throughout the library and an assortment of grab-and-go arts and crafts to choose from that are suitable for all ages,Please wear your costumes, if possible!  Free.
