Friday Fun: Peopleologie - Light Up Lanterns Workshop

Join us every Friday at the Willow Glen Branch Library for a fun activity for kids. Activities may include arts & crafts, special performances or workshops, and board or video games. This week: Peopleologie presents a workshop on making Light Up Lanterns! These paper lanterns work well as gifts or centerpieces. Build a lantern by folding, cutting, gluing, and punching holes.Younger children may need their adult's assistance making folds, using scissors, glue, and hole punches. Recommended for ages 6 and up. Younger children may work best in small groups with 2:1 or 1:1 adult help.This program was generously sponsored by the Friends of the Willow Glen Branch Library. The first 25 participants to arrive will be admitted. Tickets can be obtained from the information desk starting one hour before the program begins. All supplies will be provided. Free.
