Face Painting by Hey, Balloon Lady!

Happy Hallowe'en!  Join our Friday Fun and Hallowe'en Celebration with Hey, Balloon Lady!  Instead of balloons, our artist will be creating face or arm paintings for our kids!  Let her add the special touch to make your trick or treating experience an extra cool experience!  We will give out 50 tickets for kids to get their face painting done.  Tickets will only be available for children already in attendance, and first come, first served. Starting at 4:00, we will have other activities to celebrate Hallowe'en, as well, including a costume parade through the library, stories, crafts, and grab n' go treat bags.
