Cookbook Club

July's theme is "seeds"! Each month we have a theme that you are free to interpret however you'd like. Choose a recipe to make from one of the many cookbooks or other resources in our collection- don't worry, we'll have plenty of suggestions for you! Then we'll meet to talk about books and cooking and enjoy each other's company. Photos of your finished dish are encouraged but not required. In celebration of this year's Summer Reading theme, Plant a Seed , Read we'll be preparing dishes with seeds! You can can sprinkle some pepitas into a salad, swirl some poppyseeds into a batch of muffins or scones, whip up a chia seed pudding, blitz some sesame seeds into tahini or hummus, add some cardamom to your morning coffee, sprinkle some bagel seasoning on your eggs, or use any number of seeds any number of ways. Browse our incredible cookbook collection in the Library or our ebooks on CloudLibrary or The Palace Project , find something that looks interesting to you, and cook!
