Community Cycles Bike Drive & Repair

Summer is here and it’s time for wonderful bike rides. The Cambrian Library will be holding a bike repair and donation event with Community Cycles- a non profit bike shop. We’ll be at the Cambrian Library on July 12 from 2 to 4 pm to do safety checks and minor repairs for your bike so you can ride safely. If you have an unused bike you no longer want, please consider bringing it to event and donating it to support community programs. Community Cycles refurbishes donated bikes for sale in our retail shop on Race Street. This funds the nonprofit programs and gives trainees hands-on experience in bike repair, and sales. Others are given directly to unhoused and low-income community members who rely on bikes to get to work, school, medical appointments, or public transit — helping bridge the “first and last mile” of daily transportation.
