Ever wondered what the human body would be like if we had no bones, or how many colors our eyes see? Are you curious to learn the basics of human anatomy and the wonders our body can do? Join us for a fun, hands-on activity for the next 4 days, focusing on a different human body system every day!Day 1 - Skeletal system (July 6)Kids will learn about different types of bones and fun facts about our skeletal system through a fun interactive presentation followed by doing a skeleton relay race with bones they have learnt about. Day 2 - Nervous system (July 7) Learn about how the nervous system works by transmitting signals and will conclude with a short quiz and fun activities to learn about how we react to different stimulations. Day 3 - Eyes (July 8)Dive deep into how eyes work and end the session with a fun interactive way to check vision and color blindness. Day 4 - Lungs (July 9) Learn the basics of how we are able to breathe and conclude by doing a hands-on activity of building a fun take home lung model. Free. Registration required. Each class must be registered for individually. Registering for one class does not register you for the entire course. This course is for incoming 1st - 6th graders only. ADA Accommodation Requests
