Join local author Lena Strickling and her therapy dog Birdie for a storytime about dogs, heroes, and asking for help. Birdie the Brave follows a therapy dog extraordinaire who uses her superpower of listening and loving to comfort firefighters, police officers, nurses, teachers, and more.
