Baby Lap-Sit Storytime (Age 0-1)
Time: 9:30 AM | Location: Los Gatos Public Library - Children’s Room
Join us for Baby Lap-Sit Storytime at the Library! Baby storytime is the perfect way to learn about early literacy with your non-walking baby. Join us in a friendly circle as we read board books together and sing fun songs to engage your non-walking children. Baby Storytime will take place in the Children’s Room before our Library opens - please note that you will need to enter through the Garden Gate on the very right side of the building, instead of entering through our main entrance doors. Signs and Rhymes Storytime With Stay and Play!
Time: 10:30 AM | Location: Atherton - Children’s Room
Let’s read, sing, sign and rhyme together! Play together with your little one as we learn simple sign language and fun ways to fingerplay alongside our stories and music each week. This storytime is welcomes all ages, from babies to toddlers to preschoolers and beyond! This event will be held in the children’s room at the Atherton Library. After storytime, join us for Stay and Play where kids and their caregivers can practice interpersonal skills and have fun learning to share and socialize!
Spanish Bilingual Storytime | Hora de Cuentos Bilingue
Time: 10:30 AM | Location: Portola Valley
Join us for bilingual Spanish and English stories and music the whole family will love! Children of all ages will enjoy listening, singing and playing along. Toddler Storytime
Time: 11:00 AM | Location: Sunnyvale Library
Join us for Toddler Storytime at 11 a.m. This program is for children age 1 to 3 and their caregivers. This program will be in the Library Program Room. No registration required, but space is limited. Doors will close when the room is full. Accessibility: Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Sunnyvale will make reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities. Family Storytime

Description Join Librarian Jennifer (and Rocky Raccoon) on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM for Family Storytime at Children’s Library! Come sing, rhyme, and read stories with us! While this storytime will be geared towards those older than 2 years, all ages are welcome! Make sure to follow us on YouTube for more stories, songs and rhymes, including a playlist of all of our favorite songs to sing!
Crafty Corner (Ages 3-10)
Time: 4:00 PM | Location: Los Gatos Public Library - Children’s Room
Take some time out of your afternoon to imagine and create! Join us for a crafty activity in the Children’s Room. (Previously known as Tinker Tuesday.) This program is geared towards children ages 3 through ~10. This program takes place on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 4 pm in the Children’s Room. LEGO Tuesdays!
Time: 4:00 PM | Location: Palo Alto Downtown Library - El Camino Room
Description We have the LEGOs! Bring your imagination and build something fun! LEGOs will stay at the library, so be sure to snap a pic of your creation! In addition to being a great way to introduce the engineering and art concepts of STEAM, playing with LEGO’s supports early childhood development because children engage in problem solving, teamwork, self-confidence, and creativity!
