The Library closes at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11 for Staff In-Service Day. You may return items 24/7 to our outdoor return machines. We will reopen Saturday, Sept. 13 at 10 a.m.
Baby Lapsit & Playtime
Time: 10:30 AM | Location: Sunnyvale Library
Join us for songs and bounces just right for babies 0 to 12 months. After storytime, stay for playtime. This program is for babies 0 to 12 months and their caregivers. No older siblings please. This program will be in the Library Program Room. No registration required, but space is limited. Doors will close when the room is full. Accessibility Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Sunnyvale will make reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities. Wonderful Ones Storytime
Time: 11:00 AM | Location: Los Gatos Public Library - Children’s Room
Join us for Wonderful Ones Storytime in the Children’s Room every Thursday at 11 am! We will sing, move, and read together as we work on developing our early literacy skills while also building community connections. This program is specifically intended for the developmental stages of one year olds but concepts can be transferred to similar ages. The Los Gatos Library recognizes the diversity of our community and is committed to accessibility for all patrons. We strive to make every visitor feel comfortable by ensuring equal access to programs, services, and activities. La hora del cuento incluye una variedad de actividades como cuentos, canciones, rimas y movimientos. Storytime es una experiencia divertida e interactiva para toda la familia que promueve el placer de leer y aprender para todas las edades. Este programa familiar se ofrece en español y está abierto a todas las personas interesadas en aprender nuevos idiomas. Por favor traiga sus propias bufandas y maracas. La biblioteca no proporciona útiles compartidos en este momento. Esta hora de cuentos es un programa en el interior/exterior de la biblioteca. Storytime includes a variety of early literacy activities such as stories, songs, rhymes, and movements. Storytime is a fun and interactive experience for the whole family that promotes the joys of reading and learning for all ages. This family-friendly program is hosted in Spanish and open to all including native speakers and those interested in learning new languages. Please bring your own scarves and shakers. The library is not providing shared supplies at this time. This storytime is an indoor/outdoor program. Use of outdoor space is weather dependent.
